| Notes | SENIOR COMPLIANCE ASSISTANT | ref.MF718. Our client is currently seeking a Senior Compliance Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to their busy compliance team. The role holder will be responsible for assisting in the provision of FATCA/CRS reporting, providing management information as requested, undertaking ongoing monitoring of complaints and root cause analysis, undertaking the production of monthly management statistics, assisting in the undertaking of internal reviews or audits and carrying out due diligence checks for CDD / EDD purposes. The successful candidate will have 3 years' experience in a similar position along with experience in customer services and complaints management. They will hold a relevant professional qualification, degree or diploma or be willing to study towards.
