| Notes | SENIOR ACCOUNTING ANALYST | ref.MF716. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established independent asset management firm on a permanent basis. The business has a growing global presence and is now looking to recruit a Senior Accounting Analyst. About the role: The role sits within a busy Finance team and will suit an individual who is newly qualified in the last 2-5 years who understands reporting at a senior level. As Senior Accounting Analyst, you will play an important role and will be a key player for all accounting activities with an active role in the month-end processes. Key responsibilities include: Collaborating in the preparation of monthly financial statements, taking an active role in the month-end closing process, preparing quarter and year-end records for group recording and auditors, issuing fee invoices and monitoring fee collection, supervising and assisting with the processing of payments and reconciliations and preparing regulatory returns. Person specification: The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with 2 to 5 years relevant experience, strong knowledge of Excel and strong analytical skills along with a proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
