Notes As Key Account Manager you will manage the business relationship with the internal customers and understand the strategic context underpinning the trading relationship across all internal businesses in order to maximise revenue and margin. You will interpret sales and customer account data and undertake customer engagement strategies and tactics, key account management and engagement with key stakeholders, and potential partner organisations, and create and deliver on subsequent action plans to convert opportunities into sales and revenue streams. You will also lead digital transformation initiatives to increase visibility, efficiency, control and benefits; owning all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of different information systems and technology as well as defining business cases, determining specifications, developing roadmaps and time-integrated plans for delivery, and piloting of technology solutions.
