Service Update
Printing Bug – Text is corrupted when printing to PDF.
There is a known issue when using a combination of Internet Explorer 11 and Adobe Acrobat reader to print to .pdf.
To fix this issue, please either:
- update Adobe Acrobat to the latest version https://get.adobe.com/reader/
- use another pdf generator (such as CutePDF which is built into windows)
- switch to a modern web browser such as Edge, Chrome or Firefox
