Register a live birth in the Douglas Civil Registry Office
Congratulations on the birth of your baby. In order to use this service you must be the mother or father of the baby.
You will still have to attend the Douglas Registry to sign the birth register. By providing the information in advance, you will save significant time as everything will be prepared and ready for your appointment. Appointments where information has been provided take approximately 5-10 minutes, whereas an appointment without advance information takes around 30 minutes.
There is no fee to register a birth with the Douglas Registry, however, you will have the opportunity to purchase copies of the certificate in advance using this service.
